I am participating in the JBF Wilmington/Newark event as a consignor/seller. I will not hold JBF responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my items. For participation, I will be charged a consignor fee and 40% of my gross sales (30% if I am a team member for four or more hours at the event) will be deducted from my final check.

I understand if I bring more than 300 items to sell and they are not ALL marked to donate, I will be charged a $30 fee (in addition to the consignor fee) for every 300 items. I understand that the $30 fee will be waived if I complete a two-hour sort shift for every 300 items. (Example: 675 items = $60 fee or 4 hours of sorting and 4 additional hours to earn 70%)

I understand that I will be charged a $10 fee if my items are NOT marked for donation but not picked up.

I understand that I will be charged .50 for any item pulled from the sales floor that is deemed unacceptable (e.g. damaged, recalled)

A star (black or color) on a tag means that it will remain at full price during our half-off days. Tags with NO STARS will be sold at 50% off of the tag price on the half-off sale days. (do not cross out stars or draw stars on tags)

I am the owner of the items that I am consigning and I have full authority to sell the items at the JBF sales event.

I understand that JBF is only a broker or agent for the Consignor and has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other to the consumer protection enforcement action. Each item offered for sale by me is in good condition and is not defective, broken, or damaged in any way. Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program. I know of no reason why any item would cause any injury to another. I understand that Consignor Pick-Up is on Sunday, April 28 (5:45-6:15 pm last names N-Z, 6:15-6:30pm last names A-M) and all items NOT picked up during this time frame will be donated to the designated JBF Charity Partner(s). No exceptions will be made. I will bring a photo ID to drop off. I am not able to pick up my items, but (name listed below) will be picking up for me.

I understand that I must bring a completed Car Seat Checklist to the sale for each Car Seat, Car Seat Base, or Booster that I am consigning. I understand that I must bring a completed Crib Checklist to the sale for each crib.

I understand that my check will be emailed to me within two weeks of the end of the event. The check will be void after 90 days. I will be charged a $30 fee if my check needs to be reissued after 90 days.
